NONE! Lol, well, I dunno... I won't vote. The CO2 in sodas(mostly that of pepsi, coke, mountain dew, and sprite) pulls out vital minerals like calcium. Lifelong drinkers of soda increase their chances of osteoporosis. I tried the coke/pepsi nail trick, it doesn't work. Both rust the nail just as fast. Diet Coke is worse than regular Cok, and C2 coke is better for you than regular coke. The original use for Pepsi was as a medicine (The name comes from the acid in your stomoach that is from the pancreas, called Pepsin). Coca Cola was invented by Dr. John S. Pemberton in 1886. It was originally formulated with extracts of coca leaves and kola nuts. That's where the name comes from. One 12 ounce can of Coca Cola contains approximately 45 mg. of caffeine. One 12 ounce can of Pepsi Cola contains approximately 39 mg. of caffeine. One 12 ounce can of Mountain Dew contains approximately 54 mg. of caffine. The original Cocal-Colas were sold for it'a medicinal purposes (which, back then, they thought it had) It contained trace amounts of cocaine, now it has none) Since 1929 there has been no cocaine in Coca Cola. The leaves were still used for flavor, but the alkaloids were completely removed. Coca Cola was invented by Dr. John S. Pemberton in 1886. It was originally formulated with extracts of coca leaves and kola nuts. That's where the name comes from. In 1898, Caleb D. Bradham, a New Bern, North Carolina pharmacist created Pepsi Cola, in imitation of Coca Cola. This does not mean it was created as a copy, just as an alternative medicine. Coca Cola was originally green. Here's a list of drinks and the caffine amounts: Brand of Soft Drink - Caffeine in 12oz. (mg) Coca-cola Classic 45 Pepsi-Cola 38 Diet Coke 45 Diet Pepsi-Cola 36 Barq's Root Beer 22 Diet Barq's Root Beer 0 Sprite 0 Pibb Extra 40 Surge 51 Dr. Pepper and diet 41 Sun Drop 63 Diet Sun Drop 69 Sunkist Orange 41 Mountain Dew and diet 54-55 Coffee, brewed 200! Iced tea 70 *Some numbers vary. NOT ABOUT COKE BUT... Taurine, the main ingredient in Red Bull, is an extract of the stomach lining of cows.
